A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next page you open. Some cookies are needed for the site to work at all; others are used to measure how the site is used.
woanetwork.com sets two cookies, both strictly necessary. Neither is used for advertising and neither follows you to other websites.
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
woa_network_session |
Keeps your session while you move between pages, so a form you submit is recognised as yours. | 2 hours |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Security token that proves a form submission came from this site and not from a third party. Without it, form submissions are rejected. | 2 hours |
| Provider | What it is for | Typical cookies |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits and shows us which pages are read. Data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individuals. | _ga, _ga_<id> |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Tells apart real visitors from automated scripts on our contact and quote forms. | Set by google.com |
Google Fonts is also loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. It serves font files and does not set cookies, though your IP address reaches Google as part of the request.
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and refuse new ones. The relevant settings live under Privacy in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
Blocking the two strictly necessary cookies listed in section 2 will stop the contact and quote forms from working. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on how the Site behaves.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this table and the date at the top of the page.
