1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of woanetwork.com ("the Site"), operated by SCONNECT CO., LTD ("Sconnect", "WOA", "we"), a company headquartered in Vietnam. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. About us

Founded in 2014, Sconnect works across three core business areas:

Online content production and publishing
Management services for online creators
Online game programming and publishing

We also operate related lines of business including career training, an edutainment centre, commercial products, copyright sales, and content and character licensing.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the WOA and Wolfoo names and logos, character designs, artwork, scripts, video, music, text, layout and source code — is owned by Sconnect or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not, without our prior written permission:

copy, reproduce, adapt or redistribute any part of the Site or its content;
use our characters, artwork or trademarks in any product, service or promotion;
frame or mirror the Site, or present our content as your own;
extract content by scraping, crawling or any automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or to the systems behind it, or to transmit malicious code.

5. Information you send us

When you submit an enquiry or a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send us confidential information you are not free to disclose. We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other sites

The Site links to services we do not control, including YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google Play, the App Store and wolfoogames.com. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Figures describing our reach, catalogue or audience are indicative and change over time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sconnect is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
