1. Who we are

This website, woanetwork.com ("the Site"), is operated by SCONNECT CO., LTD ("Sconnect", "WOA", "we", "us"), a company headquartered in Vietnam and established in 2014. WOA Network is Sconnect's animation and digital content division.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

It does not cover our channels, applications and games published on third-party platforms such as YouTube, Google Play, the App Store or wolfoogames.com. Those services are governed by their own notices and by the rules of the platform hosting them.

3. What we collect

3.1 Information you give us

The Site has two forms. We collect only the fields those forms ask for:

Contact form — your name, your email address, what you are looking for, and your message.
Request a quote form — your name, email address, phone number, industry, job title and message.

You are not required to use either form to browse the Site.

3.2 Information collected automatically

Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, kept for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics — aggregated usage measured with Google Analytics 4. See section 5.

3.3 What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising profiling on this Site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this Site — it is a corporate site aimed at business partners, not at children.

4. Why we use it, and on what basis

5. Third parties

The Site loads resources from the following providers. Each may receive your IP address as a technical consequence of your browser requesting those resources:

Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com) — measures page views and traffic sources.
Google reCAPTCHA (google.com) — protects the forms against automated abuse.
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the typefaces used across the Site.

We also link out to Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and wolfoogames.com. Following those links takes you onto services we do not control.

6. International transfers

We are based in Vietnam, and the providers named above operate globally. Where personal data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries and quote requests: kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
Server logs: up to 12 months.
Analytics: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to the data submitted through our forms is limited to the staff who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
