CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

- Businesses, organizations, and individuals producing digital content established in Vietnam; organizations that have legal representatives in Vietnam or are Vietnamese; Foreigners with permanent residence cards in Vietnam are implementing typical research, development, dissemination, application, technology transfer, production, and business activities in the field of the digital content industry.

- Having highly creative and groundbreaking works that apply new technology in the product development process.

- Producing digital content: videos, films (short, long, animated, etc.), podcasts, blog posts, and social networks

- Creating positive, pervasive, viral values (with specific data quotes).

- Contributing actively in the field of digital content creation.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

- Target strategy: participating individuals and groups must express their vision, strategy, and long-term goals and apply them to create works and messages to convey to the audience.

- Corporate culture (for corporate subjects): shows human resource development activities and corporate culture.

- Creativity and originality, technology application: shown in the product development.

- Effectiveness and results: message content brings specific value and benefits to the audience (cite specific achievements).

- Contribution to the community: products/services have specific contributions and impacts on the target community and society.
